Refund policy
We know most of you come back happy with your order. But sometimes, things don't fit or you change your mind. Please contact us before sending your item back, email us over at customerservice@28vintage.co.uk with your name and order number.
We accept returns on items up to 14 days following payment, you will not be able to return your item if you surpass the 14 day period. We do accept returns, full amount paid will be refunded in store credit. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn with any swing tags still in tact.
If you return an item to us after the 14 days period then we will request the postage costs to return the item back to you.
Please note, all store credit transactions are final. We don't take returns on exchanged or discounted items.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we won't be able to exchange or accept returns on jewellery.
