UK shipping costs?
UK shipping is charged at £3 or free for orders over £50. This'll be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class or ParcelForce 48hr service
We offer express postage for £1 extra, added at checkout. This'll be sent via Royal Mail 1st class or ParcelForce 24hr service.
UK orders are shipping within 24 working hours usually via Royal Mail. Sometime we send via ParcelForce or DPD.
European shipping costs?
All European orders will be £11.95 and sent Tracked & Signed (4-5 working days)
Orders over £100 will be charged at £7.95 postage
We ship our European orders via Royal Mail, DPD, Asendia or Parcelforce. We send them with a tracked service to ensure they get there safely and we're on hand to help every step of the way.
We now cover the customs/duty/VAT fees for all EU shipments.
We operate DDP meaning that customs/import duties are charged at checkout before being paid by us. Once it reaches the destination country, it should pass straight through customs.
In the event that the goods are returns to us, due to the recipient either not collecting or paying any charges we will notify the customer offering to either refund the item or send it back out. The customer will be liable for any postage/admin charges incurred by us.
North American shipping costs?
All North American orders between will be £14.95 and sent Tracked & Signed (4-5 working days)
We ship all our North American orders via Royal Mail or UPS. We send them with a tracked service to ensure they get there and we're on hand to help every step of the way.
Rest of the World?
All Rest of the World orders will be £14.95 and sent Tracked & Signed (4-5 working days)
We ship all our Rest of World orders via Royal Mail, UPS, Parcelforce or Asendia. We send them with a tracked service to ensure they get there and we're on hand to help every step of the way.
We know most of you come back happy with your order. But sometimes, things don't fit or you change your mind. Please contact us before sending your item back, email us over at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number.
We accept returns on items up to 14 days following payment, you will not be able to return your item if you surpass the 14 day period. We do accept returns, full amount paid will be refunded in store credit. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and untampered, with any swing tags still in tact.
If you return an item to us after the 14 days period then we will request the postage costs to return the item back to you.
Please note, all store credit transactions are final. We don't take returns on exchanged or discounted items.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we won't be able to exchange or accept returns on jewellery.
