Where is my parcel?
Look for the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. The email should also contain a link to the company used to send your parcel (usually Royal Mail, DPD or ParcelForce). Copy and paste the tracking number into the tracking page to find the status of your order.

I don’t have the original packaging, what should I do?
My payment was declined, what should I do?
Not to worry, this is usually a minor issue. First, make sure to check each detail from your purchase, making sure that the billing address on your order and the address linked to your card are the same and all the numbers on your card have been typed in correctly. If all your details are correct and the problem still persists, make sure to contact your bank and ask if your card has been restricted for any reason.
I would like to alter or cancel an order, can I do this?
Please contact us ASAP to alter or cancel any orders. We're constantly prepping and packing up orders, with some orders being despatched within minutes of placing. Unfortunately, if you miss this time window and we send the parcel out, we cannot change anything.
Do I need to sign in to make an order?
Nope! Guest or account orders are fine.
What payment methods do you take?
We take all major debit/credit cards and PayPal payments.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept GBP, Euro and USD.
Do you buy pieces?
Occasionally yes, if you have items to sell please send photos and the price you're looking for to email@example.com
Do you have a physical store?
Not yet, we do host regular pop ups so please follow our social media to keep up to date.
When do you upload new stock?

I have forgotten my login details for my 28 Vintage account, what should I do?
Not to worry! You can simply click ‘Forgotten Your Password’ on the sign in page, enter your email address and you will be emailed a password reset link.
How do you ensure against fakes and copies?
We only buy from trusted and certified sellers of wholesale vintage clothing. We then hand check each and every item to guarantee its legitimacy.
All of our items are authentic, unless noted otherwise as bootlegs. We stock vintage items from the 80's, 90's and early 00's from a large selection of brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Burberry, Nike, Adidas, Reebok, The North Face, Nautica, Champion, Carhartt and many more. What's a 'bootleg'?
Bootlegs are items that have not been manufactured by the original manufacturer. Often these designs can be as popular as the originals, such as NIKE spellouts etc. We only stock VINTAGE bootlegs if at all and this will always be noted in the title and description.
